Shawn Jeffords

Shawn Jeffords is a Sr Solutions Architect at Epoch Concepts, where Shawn covers Federal DoD customers. Prior to this role, Shawn worked as a Sr Systems Engineer for Dell EMC's Federal Division, serving as an ASE for the nation's DoD customers. With previous experience at companies like Publix, NASA/Kennedy Space Center ASRC Aerospace, EDS-San Diego, and the United States Marine Corps, Shawn has developed a strong background in network administration, systems engineering, and infrastructure management. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Barry University and certifications in VMware, Microsoft, and EMC Proven Professional.
