Chi Huynh has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2022. They began their career as a Student Employee at Campus Auxiliary Services in 2013 and worked there until 2016. In 2015, they also took on the role of Assistant Systems Manager in the Administration and Finance Department, which lasted until 2016. Additionally, Chi worked as a Community Educator Intern at the Center for Community: Fraternal & Off-Campus Services from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, Chi joined the Upstate New York College Collaboration as a Communications Assistant/Consultant and stayed until 2017. Chi then worked at Temple University - Lewis Katz School of Medicine at the Ginsburg Health Sciences Library from 2017 to 2019. They also served as an Institutional Research and Assessment Intern at Temple University from 2018 to 2019.

In 2018, Chi worked as an Administrative Intern at FTC-Middletown from August to September.
