Junior Account Manager - Mid Market Internal Role

Job description

As a Junior Account Manager, your role is crucial for growing the product adoption and overall success of our key customers that have a turnover ranging from £1m - £5m, maximising customer loyalty and retention. You’re responsible for growing the business value of your account/ customer base, measured on Net Dollar Retention. This is achieved through ensuring your customers are leveraging all Epos Now core products and services including Integrated Payments; Banking and Capital and able to keep customers fully engaged with opportunities for cross-sell/ up-sell of products realised in reviews

You will act as an agent for your customers inside the business; through quarterly business reviews you will capture Net Promoter Score, growth plans and product feedback to maintain customer satisfaction and happiness.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Strategic Account Planning

  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers

  • Cross Functional Collaboration with internal teams such as Product

  • Net Dollar Retention Growth

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell based on a deep understanding of the customer's business

  • Churn Risk Managemet, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to customer saitsfaction and account retention

  • Reporting & Analysis, providing accurate reporting to leadership

  • Continous Improvement, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in account management.
