Role title: Mid-Market Sales Account Manager

Salary: $53,000 + Bonus Pay

Role Description: 

As a Sales Account Manager, your role will be crucial in growing the product adoption and overall success of our customers that have a turnover ranging from £1m - £5m. You will be responsible for maximizing customer loyalty and retention. You’ll be growing the business value of customers through a consultative approach, prospecting, building relationships, and signing up new contracts.

You will need to understand your customers exact needs and collaborate with your partners to create a solution using Epos Now products that allows their business to succeed.  

Accountabilities /  Success Measures:

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential clients in the mid-market segment through self-generation lead generation.

  • Generate new business opportunities by actively utilizing the current direct lead flows.

  • Deliver a minimum of $35,000 combined revenue per month

Client Engagement

  • Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target enterprises.

  • Understand the business needs and challenges of potential clients and position the EPN solution as a valuable and tailored solution.

  • Hold both remote and on-site F2F demo to help build value and engagement.

Product Knowledge

  • Develop a deep understanding of the product or suite of products being offered.

  • Ensure you are fully up-to-speed with all products and future roadmaps and releases.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the SaaS solution.

  • Address client concerns and objections effectively.

  • Deliver tailored demo presentations for key customers utilizing marketing and product where necessary.

Problem Solving

  • Collaborate with the product development and support teams to overcome client concerns or potential blockers.

  • Ensure that proposed solutions align with the client's business goals.

Contract Negotiation

  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Work through a detailed pricing structure to ensure long-term contract value - offering 3-5 year contracts.

Strategic Account Management

  • Foster and nurture relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, objectives, growth potential and challenges.

  • Act as the main point of contact for all escalated issues and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Strategic Account Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for each customer

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the product meets or exceeds customer expectations, including any service issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product development and service to enhance customer satisfaction and address evolving business needs.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver exceptional service and value to key customers

Net Dollar Retention Growth

  • Grow the annual value of your accounts by achieving a net dollar retention of 125%

  • Achieve an +40 NPS for customers

  • Customer satisfaction +85%

  • Customer issues must be resolved within 24 hours

  • Account churn to be sub 10% with any churn replaced with new client activity in conjunction with the sales team.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting

  • Utilizing data and analytics to inform strategies and decision-making processes.

  • Maintain live reporting of the Market, understanding what the competitive landscape looks like and updating the business accordingly.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM systems.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts
