Jennifer Ge

Jennifer Ge, MBA, is an accomplished Project Manager and Senior Quality Engineer with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently at Stryker since April 2019, Jennifer has led key projects including the deployment of a new External Cardiac Defibrillator, achieved significant cost savings through process improvements, and spearheaded compliance initiatives across global teams. Prior to Stryker, Jennifer worked at Philips, managing technical transfer projects for AED products, and has held internships at PACCAR where research and operational strategies were developed. With earlier roles at Kimberly-Clark and Johnson & Johnson, Jennifer managed large-scale NPI projects, supplier audits, and CAPA action plans, leading to award-winning cost savings and supplier quality improvements. Jennifer holds an MBA from Seattle University and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Shanghai University, along with a Marketing Certificate from Seattle University.
