Brandon Jaejun Lee

Brandon Jaejun Lee is a highly skilled Research Scientist currently employed at Epson Canada since March 2023, where focus areas include developing a customizable 2D detection system utilizing a large language model and implementing a novel open-set object segmentation method. Previously, Brandon served as Lead Research Scientist at RoboEye.ai, achieving significant advancements in computer vision and robotics, including the deployment of over 30 automated bin-picking systems. Brandon's experience spans multiple roles in prestigious organizations, including research and engineering positions at Samsung Economics Research Institute, Meta, Uber, Zynga, and SAP, where notable contributions included generative modeling for data co-clustering and performance enhancements in machine learning frameworks. Brandon holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Waterloo.
