Erin Chandler

Erin Chandler's work experience includes:

- Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Applications at Eptura since June 2023.

- Previously worked at Celonis as a Senior Director of Customer Value from January 2022 to May 2023, where they were responsible for managing the relationship with one of Celonis' largest customers and deploying new use cases in various departments.

- Prior to that, they held the position of Principal Director of Technology Consulting at Accenture from January 2001 to January 2022. In this role, they directed multiple Salesforce.com implementation programs and managed projects for Pegasystems, Oracle, and SAP. Erin also conducted stakeholder workshops to assess customer needs and priorities.

Erin Chandler earned a BS/MS degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas, attending from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained certifications as a Certified Customer Success Manager - CCSM Level 2 from SuccessHACKER in August 2022, and as a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2018.
