Terry Kapnoullas

Terry Kapnoullas has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Terry began their career in 2000 as a Software Engineer at Seapower Resources International, where they worked on developing a collaborative electronic warehouse management and logistic system. Terry then worked as a Software Engineer at Quick Knowledge from 2002 to 2004. In 2005, they started their own business as a Software Engineering Consultant. From 2010 to 2017, Terry worked at La Trobe University as a Senior Business Analyst. In 2017, they joined Serraview as a Product Owner, and later moved on to Eptura in 2019. At Eptura, they held various positions including Product Manager and Director of Product Management, responsible for managing and developing enterprise employee experience solutions. Overall, Terry Kapnoullas has extensive experience in software engineering, business analysis, and product management.

Terry Kapnoullas completed a Bachelor of Computer Science (First Class Honours) degree from La Trobe University between 1998 to 2001, specializing in Computer Software Engineering. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1997, Terry attended Macleod College where they obtained a Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), with a focus on Information Technology, Mathematics, and Physics. In addition to their formal education, Terry also holds several certifications in various fields such as Agile Project Management, Business Analysis, Lean Practitioner, and IT Service Management.
