Hugo Marchet has a diverse work experience. In 2015, they completed an 8-week internship at Le Gay Séjour, where they worked as a valet de chambre and server in a 3-star hotel and its gastronomic restaurant. In 2016, they had another 8-week internship at Hôtel de Moiry in Switzerland, where they worked in the kitchen and reception, specializing in high-altitude dishes and game meat. Hugo then had a short seasonal employment at Hôtel de Moiry in 2017. In the same year, Hugo completed a short internship in the medical and social field at Ehpad Hôtel-Horizon. In 2018, they worked as a Responsible for Accommodation at Romantischer Winkel Roligio & Wellness Resort. In 2019, they worked as an Employee in the Super U MAGLAND supermarket and also provided home assistance for Trait d'Union. Since October 2019, Hugo has been independently creating filters on Instagram, collaborating with influencers. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Communication Assistant and later as an Assistant Communication for INSEEC Grande Ecole. In September 2022, Hugo joined Epycure as a Brand Content Manager.

Hugo Marchet obtained a Master 1 (M1) degree in International Brand Strategy & Marketing from Sup de Pub, which they attended from 2022 to 2024.

Prior to that, Hugo Marchet completed a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing and Social Media from Sup de Pub, from 2021 to 2022.

Hugo then pursued a degree in Management and Engineering of Tourism Industries, specifically a Licentiate degree (Licence 3), from ISTHIA - Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès, from 2019 to 2020.

Before their time at ISTHIA, Hugo Marchet attended Lycée Hôtelier Biarritz-Atlantique from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a BTS (Brevet de technicien supérieur) in Hospitality Management.

Furthermore, Hugo Marchet completed a Baccalaureate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from École Hôtelière Savoie Léman, which they attended from 2014 to 2017.
