Rossana Kale has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development. ROSSANA is currently the Head of Mid Market International at EQS Group, where they manage international inside sales teams. Prior to this, they were the Head of International Inside Sales at EQS Group, where they built and managed the Barcelona Sales Hub. ROSSANA also worked at BSI as the Sales Hub Manager, where they developed a new business unit and successfully managed a remote team. Earlier in their career, Rossana worked at ZERO 1 SRL as a Sales Manager and at CRE.OR srl as an Export Manager. Throughout their career, they have achieved significant sales growth and consistently exceeded targets.

Rossana Kale has a Master's degree in Market Access from EADA Business School. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia. ROSSANA also holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, with a specialization in English and German, from the same university.
