Bill Rose

Bill Rose has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and positions. Bill is currently the Director - Investment Officer at EQT Exeter since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director - Investments at Redwood Capital Group LLC from January 2021 to July 2022. From January 2006 to January 2021, they served as Principal at ARCO Capital, LLC, where they were responsible for various real estate consulting services. Bill also held roles such as Director of Acquisitions at StoneBridge Investments, Managing Director of Acquisitions at Internacional Realty Management, and Director of Acquisitions at Texla Housing Partners. Bill Rose earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and Chemistry from Texas Tech University, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. Bill later pursued an MBA in Finance at the University of North Texas from 1999 to 2000.
