Capm® Giovanni Penati Mrics

Giovanni Penati MRICS, CAPM® has work experience in various roles and companies. Giovanni currently serves as an Associate Director of Investment Services - Europe at EQT Exeter since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Mace as a Senior Project Manager from March 2022 to June 2022, and as a Project Manager from July 2018 to February 2022. Before that, they were a Junior Project Manager at Arcadis from November 2016 to March 2018, and at ISS Facility Services from June 2015 to May 2016.

Giovanni Penati MRICS, CAPM® has a solid educational background in project management and architecture. Giovanni obtained a 2nd level Master's degree in Project Management from Scuola Master F.lli Pesenti-Politecnico di Milano from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a 1st level Master's degree in Polis-Making: urban strategies for quality of life and economic development from Politecnico di Milano between 2014 and 2015.

Giovanni also holds a Bachelor and Master's degree in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano, which they completed from 2008 to 2014.

In terms of certifications, Giovanni obtained the MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) designation from RICS in June 2022. Giovanni also became a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) from the Project Management Institute in April 2018.
