Connor Curry

Connor Curry is a finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and financial analysis. Currently serving as an Associate in Debt Capital Markets at EQT Exeter since April 2022, Connor contributes to managing a significant portfolio within one of the world's largest real estate investment management firms. Prior to this role, Connor held positions at Citizens Financial Group, Inc. as an Associate Portfolio Manager and Analyst, focusing on underwriting commercial real estate mortgages. Earlier experience includes financial analysis at Lockheed Martin, investment analysis at O'Neill Properties Group, and commercial real estate underwriting at Beneficial Bank. Connor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Energy Business & Finance from Penn State University and has demonstrated leadership through various roles, including as Recruitment Chairman for Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity and as a fundraiser for Penn State Dance Marathon.
