Graham E. Gardner

Graham E. Gardner has a strong background in the field of commercial real estate. Graham E. started their professional journey in 2011 as a Financial Analyst at Grubb & Ellis, specializing in commercial real estate valuation and advisory. In 2012, they joined Joseph J. Blake and Associates, Inc. as an Associate, where they focused on commercial real estate valuation and advisory. In 2016, Graham worked as an Acquisitions Summer Associate at Exeter Property Group, gaining experience in real estate private equity. Their career took another leap in 2017 when they joined EQT Exeter as an Acquisitions Associate, responsible for industrial acquisitions in the United States. Over time, Graham progressed within the company, becoming an Investment Officer for Texas and later for the Mid-South region.
