Brandon K. Jones, MHA, currently serves as the Industrial, Flex, and Office Property Manager at EQT Exeter, responsible for tenant relations and lease management across a vast portfolio of over 11 million square feet in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. With previous experience as a Property Manager at Boxer Property, Brandon oversaw daily property operations, tenant relations, and financial management. Prior roles include Business Operations Coordinator at Texas Health Resources, where Brandon led a team focused on enhancing patient experiences, as well as positions at Holloman Energy Corporation and Troy Construction as Operator's Assistant. Brandon holds a Master’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from The University of Texas at Arlington and a BSBA in Management Information Systems from East Carolina University.
