Waldemar Grabka

Waldemar Grabka has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Waldemar is currently serving as the Senior Director of Investment & Leasing at EQT Exeter since February 2021. Prior to joining EQT Exeter, they worked for Exeter Property Group for six years, starting as an Investment Manager in January 2015 and later becoming a Principal in June 2015. Before that, they gained valuable experience as the Real Estate Director for OBI Group Holding GmbH in Poland from March 2006 to May 2013.

Waldemar Grabka received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2014. Waldemar was enrolled in the MIT Sloan Fellows Program in Innovation and Global Leadership. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Finance Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, a seven-year educational journey from 1993 to 2000. Additionally, they pursued Economics and German Language and Literature studies at Heidelberg University from 1996 to 1997, though their degree status during this period is not specified.
