Marie Arno is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, client services, and leadership within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Change, Talent and Leadership Director for Fund Operations at EQT Group since April 2022, Marie has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Head of Fund Raising Operations and Head of Client Services. Prior experience includes significant positions at Swedbank, where responsibilities ranged from managing client services in Group Cash Management to overseeing operations in SFAB and Trade Services. Marie's career also features key roles at SEB, developing and managing operational teams within commodities and FX operations, along with experience in internal audit and risk control.
