Steven Richards

Steven Richards is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As Finance Director at EQT Group since March 2019, Steven has been instrumental in overseeing financial operations. Prior to this position, Steven held the role of Head of Finance at Nuveen from October 2005 to March 2019. Steven's career began as a Fund Accountant at Arlington, followed by a position as a Property Portfolio Accountant at Capital & Regional. Steven is a Chartered Management Accountant, having completed education with CIMA from 2002 to 2007, and holds a degree from the University of Gloucestershire earned from 1997 to 2001, following foundational education at Dane Court Grammar School from 1990 to 1997.
