Ian Hodgkiss

Ian Hodgkiss has a diverse work experience in various roles within the field of software delivery and engineering. Ian started their career in 2015 as a Delivery Expert, where they focused on enabling agile software delivery functions. Ian then moved on to work as a VP of Software Engineering at RealityMine from March 2015 to July 2016.

After that, Ian worked as a Software Engineering Contractor at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) from August 2016 to October 2016. Ian then joined TravelSupermarket as a Delivery Lead from October 2016 to April 2017.

Ian's next role was at Shop Direct, where they served as a Delivery Lead from May 2017 to November 2017. Ian then joined Equal Experts as a Delivery Lead for HMRC from April 2017 to October 2018.

Ian then joined Kainos as a Delivery Lead for HM Land Registry from October 2018 to April 2019. Ian went back to Equal Experts in 2019 and served as a Delivery Lead for HMRC and Earnd, from April 2019 to January 2021 and from January 2021 to March 2021 respectively. Ian also held the role of Delivery Lead for HMRC from April 2019 to January 2021.

In 2022, Ian joined 101 Ways as a Programme Delivery Manager for Zoopla from March 2022 to November 2022. Ian then returned to Equal Experts as a Delivery Director for HMPO from December 2022 onwards.

Ian Hodgkiss attended Aberystwyth University from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and Affairs.
