Jackie Sonnenberg has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and recruitment. Jackie also played a role in TSO's Corporate Social Investment Program, training and placing learners in meaningful employment.

From 1995 to 1997, Jackie studied at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where they earned a National Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Personnel Management.

In 2009, Jackie obtained a Human Resource Management Certificate from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, specializing in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration.

In 2011, Jackie completed a Diversity Training course at First Facilitation.

Jackie received training in Employee Management from Ian Wheeler in 2008.

In the same year, Jackie also participated in a Conflict Management Workshop at JIT Learning Solutions under the guidance of Vanessa Witten.

Jackie attended a Senior Recruiter Training course at APSO in 2007, focusing on Competency Based Recruitment Skills.

In addition, Jackie completed the Thomas International Management Systems Accreditation Course at Thomas International in 2007.
