Rebecca Stafford has extensive work experience in various technical and leadership roles spanning multiple companies. In 2008, they started their career at ThoughtWorks as a Senior Consultant, specializing in developer in test roles.
Rebecca then joined the BBC in 2011, where they worked as a Developer in Test Team Lead for the iPlayer engineering team, focusing on delivering releases for iPlayer, Mobile iPlayer, TV, and Channels. Rebecca was later promoted to Test Lead, leading a team of onshore and offshore staff across multiple product areas.
