Sarah Welton

Sarah Welton has a diverse work experience in the field of UX/UI design. Sarah has worked as a UX Designer at Public Zone from April 2011 to May 2012 and as a UX Designer at Zone from March 2012 to March 2014. Sarah then joined Bloodwise as a UX Design Manager from March 2015 to December 2016, where they were responsible for testing, research, and design of a digital product for blood cancer patients. Sarah also managed and mentored digital and print designers and designed CRM forms. Sarah then moved on to Mindwave Ventures, where they held multiple roles including UX Designer from December 2016 to December 2017, Design Lead from December 2017 to July 2019, and Creative Director from July 2019 to July 2022. Sarah was involved in developing digital products and services for health and care, specializing in creating intuitive and inclusive designs. Sarah also worked as a UX/UI Consultant at the NHS from August 2022 to March 2023 and at MSI Reproductive Choices UK from October 2022 to the present. Currently, they are employed at Equal Experts as a UX Design professional starting from March 2023. In addition to their work experience in different organizations, Sarah also founded and serves as the director of their own company, Sarah Welton Ltd, since October 2022.
