Sebastião Perdigão

Sebastião Perdigão has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. In 2007, they began their career as a Rugby Player for Clube de Rugby de Évora - CRE, where they stayed until 2015. In 2012, Sebastião joined Just a Change, starting as a Team Leader until 2015, and subsequently becoming a Construction Project Manager from 2016 to 2021. In 2017, they became a Managing Partner at PERDIGAOGESAGRO Lda. Sebastião briefly worked as a Process Improvement Engineer at RARI in 2018. Sebastião then took on the role of Operations Supervisor and Process Improvement Specialist at Picnic Technologies from 2022 to 2022. Currently, Sebastião is the Operations Manager at The Equal Food Co. starting from 2023. Alongside their professional career, Sebastião also holds a role as a Board Member at Just a Change since 2021.

Sebastião Perdigão obtained a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico, where they studied from 2012 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Escola Secundária Severim de Faria, specializing in Science and Technologies, from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Sebastião has obtained several certifications, including Leadership Essentials from Lepaya in October 2022, Advanced Microsoft Excel from Udemy in December 2021, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from The Lean Six Sigma Company Portugal in April 2021, Bootcamper from Pitch Bootcamp in March 2021, and Siemens NX from Instituto Superior Técnico in September 2018.
