Lex Steppling

Lex Steppling is a Justice Fellow at the Los Angeles Community Action Network, where they have been working since 2023. Prior to this position, they served as the National Organizer at Equal Justice USA since December 2011. Additionally, they hold the role of National Director of Organizing and Campaigns at Dignity & Power NOW since October 2018, and serve as the Lead National Organizer at JustLeadershipUSA since 2017.
