Tiffany Uke

Tiffany Uke is a dedicated legal professional currently serving as a Fellowship Attorney at Equal Justice Works since September 2022. Prior experience includes internships at Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas, where Tiffany contributed in March 2022 and previously from February to August 2021, as well as an internship at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton from August 2018 to June 2019. Tiffany also held the position of FaithJustice Fellow & LeaderWorx Personnel at Center for FaithJustice from June 2017 to June 2019, and worked as a Student Assistant at the Dioceses of Fort Worth, MSU Catholic Campus Center from January 2018 to May 2018. Earlier roles include a position as a Baker at Crumbl Cookies and a Sales Associate at Torrid, both held from March 2022 to August 2022 and July 2016 to May 2018, respectively, alongside being a Resident Assistant at Midwestern State University from August 2014 to August 2015. Tiffany holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts and Applied Sciences from Midwestern State University (2013-2018) and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Texas Southern University—Thurgood Marshall School of Law (2019-2021).
