Rita S. Karakas

Rita S. Karakas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and board leadership. Currently serving as an Advisory Council Member and Management Consultant at Equal Measures 2030, Rita also holds board positions at the World Wide Hearing Foundation International, Theatre Museum Canada, and Théâtre La Chapelle. As Chairperson of the Arrivals Legacy Project since September 2021, Rita plays a pivotal role in organizational leadership. A former Chair of the Board of Directors at the Canadian Interprofessional Health Collaborative, Rita significantly contributed to enhancing interprofessional education and patient-centered care. As Managing Partner at RSK Associates since 1988, Rita specializes in organizational development, leadership, and public sector engagement. Additionally, Rita has served as a mentor at the Fondation Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation and has a background in educational qualifications from McGill University.
