Quinn Swearingen

Quinn Swearingen is an experienced Regional Field Organizer and Elections Organizer at Equality Florida, with a background in mobilizing volunteers for political campaigns, exemplified by efforts to change Seminole County's political landscape in 2020. Previous roles include Field Organizer for the Florida Democratic Party, where Quinn successfully recruited a team of 115 volunteers, and participation in Organizing Corps 2020, receiving training in key organizing skills. Prior experience includes an internship at Equality Florida, focusing on advocacy and legislative lobbying, as well as serving as a Housing Ambassador at the University of Central Florida.
