The Community Advocacy team at Equality Florida engages in grassroots organizing, mobilizes local communities, and leads advocacy efforts to drive impactful change for Florida’s LGBTQ community. They work through direct community engagement, coalition building, and providing support to families, ensuring that no one faces discrimination based on their sexual orientation or gender identity.
