Jeff Bye

Jeff Bye has over 15 years of experience in various roles related to digital product management and development. Jeff currently serves as the Senior Director of Digital Product at Equality Health since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Digital Product Management at CVS Health from December 2020 to December 2021. Jeff also held leadership positions at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where they served as the Director of Product Management and Development from November 2018 to December 2020 and as the Senior Manager of Product Management and Development from May 2014 to November 2018. Before joining Aetna, Jeff was a Product Manager at OptumHealth from August 2011 to May 2014. Jeff started their career as a Business Analyst Consultant at Genesis10 and later worked as an Executive Team Leader at Target Corporation for four years from August 2006 to November 2010.

Jeff Bye holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University. Jeff has also obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe 5 Agile Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021.
