Ericka Schwarm is the Director of Client Development at Equiant Financial Services. Ericka has over 20 years of experience in the banking and finance industry.

Ericka began their career as a Store Manager at Wells Fargo in 2001. Ericka was promoted to Banking Center Manager at Bank of America in 2009. In 2011, they joined The Conrad Companies as Director of Sales and Marketing. Ericka was with The Conrad Companies for 10 years before joining Equiant Financial Services in 2021.

Ericka is a highly experienced and successful sales and marketing professional. Ericka has a proven track record of developing and managing successful sales teams. Ericka is a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator. Ericka is passionate about their work and is committed to providing the best possible service to their clients.

Ericka Schwarm has a BA in International Affairs from Northern Arizona University.
