Claire Willmott

Claire Willmott currently serves as the Director of Operations at Equifax since September 2024. Prior to this role, Claire held various positions at TDX Group from January 2017 to September 2024, including Head of Insolvency, Head of Client Service Management, and Lead Client Service Manager. Claire's career began at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where from 1997 to March 2015, significant experience was gained as a Customer Service Manager, overseeing a telephony department and managing a team of 11 leaders and 140 agents focused on assisting customers in financial difficulty. Claire's educational background includes a GCSE from Hucknall National Comprehensive, completed in 1997.
