Lauren Pincus

Lauren Pincus currently serves as Vice President/Specialist in Operational Excellence at Equifax, a position held since 2023. Prior to that, Lauren spent over a decade at AB InBev, where roles included Global Director of Continuous Improvement and Learning and Development. During that tenure, Lauren established a center of excellence for learning and development across multiple zones, enhanced L&D strategies by integrating continuous improvement initiatives, and successfully increased financial benefits through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Previous experience also includes various positions in supply chain and logistics management, training and development, and change management at companies such as Sara Lee and Bell Helicopter. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
