Michael Fielder

Michael Fielder is the HR Reporting & Analytics Leader at Equifax. Michael has over 10 years of experience working in HR and analytics. Prior to joining Equifax, they worked as an HR Reporting & Analytics Consultant at a previous company. In this role, they were responsible for reporting and analyzing enterprise-wide HR metrics for senior leaders, designing Workday reporting for enterprise, and leading the process sustainability workstream for a global career framework project. Additionally, they managed the HR budget and conducted financial analysis for HR programs. Michael is a highly skilled HR professional with a deep knowledge of analytics and reporting.
