Pamela Aguilar Tapia

Pamela Aguilar Tapia is a Chilean HR Generalist currently working for Equifax. Pamela has over 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Business Partnering, Talent Management, and Organizational Development.

Pamela began their career in 2012 with Avon, where they were responsible for coordinating and conducting induction processes for new employees. In addition, Pamela supported the management of Expatriate transfers, designed and executed the company's annual training plan (active search for suppliers), controlled and administered the annual budget and associated KPI's, and managed, implemented, monitored and supported Organizational Development processes including performance management (PMP), talent management (attraction, retention and succession planning), organizational climate and culture.

In 2015, Pamela took on the role of HR Generalist at Holding Viña Concha y Toro, where they supported the management of HR processes including selection, training, DO, induction, performance and engagement.

Pamela has been with Equifax since 2016, where they currently serve as HR Generalist. In this role, they are responsible for supporting the management of the full cycle recruitment process for all positions within the company (ex: job postings, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, extending job offers), managing employee onboarding and orientation programs, administering benefits programs, maintaining employee records, conducting exit interviews, and more.

Pamela Aguilar Tapia pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Universidad Gabriela Mistral. Pamela also holds a degree in Psychology from the same university. In addition, they have obtained certification from Thomas International in the DISC Certification Program, and from TARGET DDI in the Competency-Based Evaluator Certification Program.
