Shilpi Jajodia

Shilpi Jajodia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in API integration, quality assurance, and delivery operations. Currently serving as AVP at Equifax since August 2022, Shilpi leads a team to deliver complex API solutions while collaborating with sales, solution consultants, and customers to address integration issues. Prior to this role, Shilpi held significant positions at WNS Global Services as a Service Delivery Manager and at Epicenter Technologies, where responsibilities included managing operations for a Fortune 500 client, overseeing 200 FTEs across multiple service areas, and achieving high service delivery success rates. Shilpi holds an MBA from the Institute for Technology & Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mithibai College.
