Erica Gorruso

Erica Gorruso is currently the Director of Learning and Development at Equify Financial, LLC. Prior to this, Erica served as a Principal at Mansfield ISD and also held positions as an Associate Principal at BISD. With a Master of Education in Administration from Lamar University and a BA in Geography from the University of North Texas, Erica has a strong background in education and leadership.
