Laura Heron

Laura Heron, CPsychol, is an experienced Head of Data and Analytics at EQUIIDA. Previously, Laura worked as an Organizational Psychologist at FIU Embrace, where Laura developed leadership training programs for employers to support disabled employees. Laura also served as a Researcher on various grants related to inclusive higher education and conducted research at FIU's Healthy Work Lab. With a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Laura has a strong background in research, leadership development, and talent management.
