Laura Heron

Laura Heron, CPsychol is a Head of Data and Analytics at EQUIIDA with a background in industrial and organizational psychology. Laura has experience working at FIU Embrace where Laura served as an Organizational Psychologist and Researcher on various grants related to inclusive higher education and students with unique abilities. Laura also conducted research at FIU's Healthy Work Lab and served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Laura holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Master's degree in the same field, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Health and Human Performance.
