Matthew Selverian

Matthew has over 16 years of experience in the staffing industry, touching nearly every aspect of the business across his past roles: Recruiter, District Manager, Regional Vice President, Strategic Account Director, VP of Sales and Service, and Delivery Manager. His passion for work comes from supporting his team to hit organizational and personal goals while delivering superior customer service to his clients. Matthew was a student-athlete for 4 years (football) and graduated from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA with a dual degree in Business Management and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He started his career in medical sales.

Matthew will bring his vast knowledge and expertise to help expand the burgeoning and critical business of healthcare staffing, already an instrumental part of Staffing the Universe.
