Sean Graham

Sean Graham's work experience includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Equiliem, a privately held staffing services group with 3,000+ employees. Sean successfully navigated the company through the pandemic and implemented various strategies such as scenario planning, liquidity management, ERP system upgrade, and outsourcing non-core processes. Prior to this role, they were the Principal of their own company, Sean Graham, LLC. Additionally, they served as the CFO of Zolfo Cooper, a restructuring and advisory professional services firm, where they led the financial diligence process resulting in a successful exit/strategic sale. Earlier in their career, they worked as the CFO/FINOP of B-Trade Services LLC and as a Controller at Investec Ernst & Company. Sean started their career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young.

Sean Graham's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Professional Accounting from Rutgers University - Newark and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Seton Hall University.
