Caroline Hayes

Caroline Hayes is currently a Senior Strategic Initiatives Officer at Equimundo. Prior to this role, Caroline held positions at various organizations such as the U.S. Department of Justice, The Global Women's Institute, and the Council on Foreign Relations. Caroline has a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy with a focus on Security Studies and Gender Analysis from The Fletcher School at Tufts University. Caroline also holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in International Studies and Women, Gender, and Sexuality from Trinity College-Hartford.
