Susie Petersen

Susie Petersen has a diverse work experience in procurement and operations management. Susie started their career in 2000 as a Buyer in IT Procurement at UBS. Susie then worked at Barclays Investment Bank as a Procurement Buyer & Analyst, where they developed a new role to support Category Leads with data analytics and MI. Susie later joined Barclays as a Project Manager, leading the transformation of sourcing and supplier management activity within Barclays Wealth. After that, they joined Associated Procurement as a Manager, focusing on operational performance and communication for clients across multiple sectors. Since 2015, Susie has been working at Equiniti as a Procurement Operations Lead and later as a Procurement Operations Manager & HR Category Lead. In these roles, they have been responsible for defining policies, processes, systems, MI, communication, and training, as well as digitizing and automating key procurement processes.

Susie Petersen attended London for an unspecified period starting in 2009, where they studied Prince2 Practitioner.
