With over 20 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition and organizational development in high-tech companies, consulting practices and business initiatives, Rinat brings both her commitment to excellence and her enthusiasm to Equinom’s most precious resource – its people. Rinat has been a driving force for company success as the People and Organization Practice Manager for PwC, the Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Manager for Intel EMEA and the VP of Global Organizational Development for Finastra, among other positions. Rinat earned a master’s in business administration and an MA and BA in psychology.
