Ingvald Baardsen

Ingvald Baardsen is an experienced Principal Process Engineer at Equinor since February 2022, previously serving as a Process Engineer at DuPont Nutrition & Health from 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included process safety management, energy management, and project development. Prior experience includes positions at PDS Protek AS and Statoil, focusing on plant integrity, system evaluations, and safety compliance. Ingvald's early career involved roles at Aibel and ProPure, where contributions were made to utility design and R&D in produced water treatment. Ingvald holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and has studied at the University of California, Berkeley.
