Deanna R. Miller

Deanna R. Miller, P.Geo, GISP, currently serves as the Manager of Geospatial Data at Equinox Gold Corp., a position held since March 2021. Prior to this, Deanna was a GIS Geoscientist at BC Geological Survey from December 2013 to March 2021, focusing on the maintenance and delivery of geological mapping across the province. Deanna's experience includes roles as a GIS Specialist at Khoemacau Copper Mining, providing training and technical support, and at Hana Mining, where geological and GIS support was given to exploration teams. Earlier career highlights include consultancy at Mineral Services Canada on kimberlite projects and various geological roles at Tahera Diamond Corporation, where significant responsibilities involved organizing and participating in exploration projects in remote locations in Nunavut. Deanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences/Geosciences and Biology from the University of Victoria.
