Kelly Iles

Kelly Iles is an experienced professional in talent acquisition operations, currently serving as Manager at Equinox since February 2021, following a role as Senior Specialist in the same field. Prior experience includes roles at Ralph Lauren as Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and at Insight Global, where Kelly held positions as Account Manager and Recruiter.
