Paul Bauer

Paul Bauer is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and career development, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Talent Operations and Chief of Staff to the VP of HR at OKX since May 2022. As the Founder and Career Coach at RPB Careers since 2019, Paul has leveraged extensive experience in recruiting roles across prominent organizations such as Gopuff, Salesforce, Expedia Group, Amazon, and Northwestern Mutual. Notable achievements include spearheading diverse recruiting strategies, enhancing university recruiting programs, and managing comprehensive career development initiatives.
