Bill Condon has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Bill began their career in 2001 as a Lead Detective at TJX, where they worked until 2006. Bill then worked as an EMT at EAS Care from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, Bill joined EquipNet as an Asset Management Coordinator and worked in that role until 2010 when they became a Project Manager. Bill was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2014 and took on additional responsibilities such as managing corporate accounts, mentoring project management teams, and traveling to client sites. In 2016, they became the Assistant Director of Project Management, where they trained junior project managers, provided guidance to the senior team, and successfully managed high-profile projects. In 2017, Bill took on the position of Director of Auctions and Project Management. In this role, they managed the team responsible for coordinating and executing auctions, as well as overseeing the Own It Now sales platform. Bill also managed the team providing project management services to exclusive sellers and corporate accounts. Currently, Bill is the Director of Project Management & Logistics at EquipNet, where they lead an international team and implements policies and procedures to improve client-facing communications. Bill continues to manage high complexity projects and accounts.
