Juan C. MacHado

Juan C. Machado is an experienced professional in research and political engagement, currently serving as the Political Lab Manager at Equis Research since May 2023, where operations focus on engaging Latinos in the political process. Previously, as a Senior Analyst at the Analyst Institute from May 2020 to May 2023, Juan designed and analyzed experiments evaluating voter programs. Prior roles include Research Associate at USC Sol Price School of Public Policy, where Juan studied the economic impacts of COVID-19, and Researcher at Asia Society, where issue briefs on international trade were produced. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Communications at Asia Society, implementing media strategies, and contributing to the growth of Global Gateway Advisors as a Senior Account Executive. Juan C. Machado holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Southern California and a dual Bachelor's degree in Economics and Literary Studies from Middlebury College, graduating cum laude.
