Roy Seo

Roy Seo is an experienced educator currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher for Equitas Academy Charter Schools, specializing as a 2nd Grade Teacher and a Mentor for both student teachers and the PUC Induction Program. Roy's teaching career includes prior positions at Endeavor College Prep as a 5th Grade Teacher and participation in Teach For America, where comprehensive training and teaching in a low-income public school setting were undertaken. In addition to teaching, Roy has gained customer service experience as Front Desk & Floor Staff at The Stronghold Climbing Gym and as Belay/Safety Staff at Touchstone Climbing, where responsibilities included teaching climbing techniques and ensuring safety. Roy holds a Master of Arts in Urban Education from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
